The Pool

Seven by four, privately yours

The pool is the gravitational centre of outdoor life at Villa SOU — a seven-by-four metre private pool positioned to make the most of the Mallorcan sun throughout the day. Clean-lined and generously sized, it is surrounded by a stone terrace laid with sun loungers and set against the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains.

A four-poster day bed provides shade without surrendering the view. The pool area is fully private, shielded by the stone walls and natural planting of the estate.

The Terraces

An outdoor room for every hour

Villa SOU has more than one outdoor space — each with its own character and best time of day. The covered pergola terrace is the one that earns its keep from morning to night: shaded by a natural canopy, furnished for long meals, and equipped with everything needed to stay outside.

A built-in barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven sit along one wall. A table tennis table at the far end. As the evening cools, lanterns light the terrace and the mountains take on their amber hour. It is, quite simply, the finest room in the house.

After Dark

The estate by night

When the sun drops behind the Tramuntana, Villa SOU does not go quiet — it simply shifts register. Exterior lighting draws out the warmth of the stone. The pool glows. The covered terrace becomes a room lit by lanterns and stars.
