Spaces that earn their silence

A room built for gathering

The salon is the heart of the house — generous in proportion, warm in character, unhurried in atmosphere. Traditional Mallorcan beamed ceilings meet contemporary furnishings chosen for comfort rather than theatre.

Deep sofas, natural textiles, and the quiet presence of stone walls create a room that feels lived-in from the first evening. Whether the afternoon light is pouring across the floor or the lamps are lit against a summer night, this space works.

Stone, beams & natural light

Where meals become occasions

The kitchen and dining room occupy a single open space — generous enough to seat a full table, intimate enough that conversation does not need to raise its voice. A long dining table in natural wood anchors the room, catching light from the windows and the preserved old fireplace that stands at its side.

The kitchen itself is traditionally styled: handmade cabinetry, stone surfaces, and equipment selected to make proper cooking practical. This is a kitchen that has been thought through by people who use kitchens.

Six rooms, six sanctuaries

Each of the six bedrooms has been individually considered. Stone walls, wooden beams, and hand-selected linens provide a consistent thread of quality. Natural light, considered views, and proper silence complete the picture.

Six en-suite, without compromise

Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Materials are natural — stone, marble, terracotta — and finishes are calm. Rainfall showers, deep baths, and generous proportions throughout.

Considered, throughout

The quality of Ca Sou is in the details — in the stone alcoves chosen for what they display, in the bougainvillea placed where the morning light catches it, in the materials that age well and the objects that have histories.
