Villa SOU is the result of an uncompromising reform — a complete reimagining of a traditional Mallorcan property set amidst the golden landscape that unfolds between Pollensa and Alcudia. Every decision was made deliberately: what to preserve, what to reinvent, and what to elevate.

The reform honoured the bones of the original structure while rewriting everything else. Walls that once divided became open sightlines. Rooms became volumes. Outdoor space became a curated world of its own — terraces, pergolas, lawns, a private pool, and a wood-burning pizza oven that has since become the heart of many an evening.

The result is a property that feels neither new nor old, but entirely of itself. A place that has found its character through the care of those who reformed it.

Architecture & Setting

Rooted in Mallorcan tradition

Positioned on a private lane between Pollensa and Alcudia, Villa SOU commands over forty-one thousand square metres of Mallorcan countryside. Stone-coloured hills rise on one horizon; the shimmer of the Mediterranean fills the other. The land is generous. The privacy, absolute.
